Scoutzz is a boutique staffing and recruiting services firm that serves commercial and not-for-profit organizations and indirectly serves government agencies. Our primary focuses are:

Recruiting for both commercial clients, particularly government contractors, and not-for-profit clients for their accounting and finance functions

Recruiting for government agencies, on behalf of Scoutzz affiliate Saggar & Rosenberg, P.C., an established CPA and Management Consulting firm

Recruiting for government agencies, on behalf of our government contractor clients and partners

Our staffing services can be classified into two groups:

Scoutzz Direct Hire provides flexible direct hire recruiting and management search services.

Scoutzz Project and Interim Services provides professionals to address temporary or contract business needs during projects requiring subject area expertise, periods of peak activity and leaves of absence.
